There are five newly renovated non-smoking double rooms in the 1-2nd Floor size of 12-21 square meters, bed size: 140-180 cm width. Two rooms on the quiet street side, the other three very quiet, overlooking the large, green garden.

The furnishings in each room includes a television with DVB-T, Wifi - wireless DSL, dryer, private marble bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower (the smaller rooms "My Bedroom" has only toilet and sink, Live-Room and Relax-Room shared bathroom), soap, free tea in the room, water heater, paper towels, soft towels, bed linen, a big bottle of water per room, lockable safe rooms, information pack in each room, alarm clock.
